Minimum = 2

Amplitude = (max - min) / 2 =  (32-2) / 2 = 30/2 = 15

The vertical shift is the distance from the axis to the center line of the sine or cosine.  This will be the minimum + amplitude

15 + 2 = 17 vertical shift
