f(x) = 16/x^2-3x
Domain is all values of x that will give you a value for f(x). The only time there will not be an output would be if the denominator of the fraction were to equal zero.
x^2 - 3x = 0
x(x-3) = 0
x = 0 x - 3 = 0
x = 3
Therefore these are the only points excluded from the domain.
Domain = (-infiinity, 0) (0,3) (3, + infinity)
