2003Chevy Trailblazer engine skipping

Question Description

My 2003 Chevy Trailblazer is skipping in the engine. I had a autotech put it ina computer check and said I needed a coil. Not sure what a coil is. I didi have one put on last year. They said there were three. How do I check it? Could it be a bad spark plug wire? They lso said I would need the wire and change the oil. Hope you can halp. Thanks.

Hi,
What the mechanic meant by coil is an ignition coil. You should replace all of them at the same time, but if you want to test which one is bad, you can watch this video and just replace the ones you found to be faulty.
