Assignment 2 requires students to write about variables for effective performance management systems in their selected merging company. Students must select five (5) variables that make an effective performance management system for expatriates. Several of the variables are discussed in Chapter 6. In the paper, explain the importance of the elements in each variable and explain why those elements are important.
