the employee is choosing the ideal candidates to interview. The narrowing down of employees to
the skills as well as work histories match that of the job position that has advertised

interviewing process. Usually, the prospective employer will interview the candidate over the
phone to ensure that the candidate understands the job as well as the salary that may be expected
