Ka = 1.5e -5 = [H+][C4H7O2-] / [HC4H7O2]


1.5e-5 = x^2/ 1.1e-3 -x

x^2 + 1.5e-5x - 1.65e-8 = 0

Solve via quadratic equation

x = 0.000121

pH = - log (0.000121) = 3.92
