In this case the 84% of the speeder are below the limit

therefore probability of one being detected is 84/100=0.84

if the driver was not speeding the probability is 84/100=0.84

c. prob the driver was speeding below the speed limit, again here the speed is below thw limit hence probality is still 84/100=0.84
