Technology and interactive media when properly used are important when supporting
learning and development amongst young children. The technology and interactive media are
important towards enhancing the potential of children, with no interference in their exploration,
creative play and physical activity and conversations. The report suggests that children ought to
get subjected to interactive media and technology from when they are born till they attain the age
