IS THE PROPOSED FAMILY LEAVE PROGRAM FEMINIST?
The proposed family leave program by the Trump administration provides a significant
engagement, which targets at creating an equal environment within workplace among women and
men. The proposed program is feminist and puts in place significant considerations, which are
aimed at creating a better environment where there is an equal consideration. The proposed family
leave program ensures that men and women are subjected to 6 weeks paid leave. The paid leave is
anticipated to be provided for through the unemployment insurance program at the state level. The
states are therefore to come up with significant plans to ensure that paid family leave program is
working effectively once it is implemented. The program, therefore, focuses on creating an equal
workplace environment where male and female employees are treated equally (Merica, 2017).
The proposed program focuses on creating a very well engaged environment where both
women and men can be treated equally in the workplace. Wade and Ferree provides a very

can easily adapt to activities that are more masculine. The significant activity that has been
