Researching on various aspects that relate to a business such as marketplace trends, target
customer, and production processes can be helpful in predicting sales, trends, identify
opportunities, and reduce potential problems. Business research is also of great importance in the
determination of the preferences of the potential customers which provides guidance in
developing better products and services. This paper summarizes a business research and
determines the potential unethical practices that should be avoided in the project. It also
identifies the injuries that might occur to the parties involved in the research. The effects of
unethical behavior in research are also discussed and ways to monitor or resolve unethical
behavior in research.
Summary of the Business Research
The research aimed at exploring the combined and separate effects of the capabilities of
knowledge management, the dynamism of environment, and learning capabilities on business
innovation performance. A sample of 221 firms was used to carry out the survey whereby
various hypotheses were tested. The results indicated that increased levels of learning capability
and environmental dynamism had a positive effect on the capabilities of knowledge management
