Dynamics of Communication in Action
One of the key elements of success in the information age ought to be the ability to
identify different forms of communication with regards to the message and the targeted
individuals. Professionals have the responsibility in learning the art of effective communication
identifying and removing common barriers. Once those barriers have been identifying and
resolved, professionals are in a better position to communicate in a manner that builds trust,
consensus, and teamwork. These are essential skills that promote a two-way communication
channel. Putting in place the aspects of effective communication enables professional to facilitate

semantic difficulties, and colloquial expressions. Even with good transmission in place, a poor
