Please note that if I set x=0 into your formula, I get:

y = 0+ 5= 5, so your first ordered pair is (0,5)

If I set y=0 into your formula, I get:

0 = -4x +5

4x = 5

and x = 5/4, so your second ordered pair is (5/4, 0)

If I set x = 2 into your formula, I get:

y = -4*1 +5 = -4 +5 =1

so your third ordered pair is (1, 1)
