Martha Stewart was a renowned business lady. Martha
was imprisoned due to securities' fraud and obstruction
of justice among other crimes. Martha was jailed for a
five months jail sentence. She was also under a house
arrest for five months and a probation that lasted for
two years. Martha was detained at cupcake camp as it
is the federal prison and is meant for the females. The
security prison has minimum security and it was not
well fenced with a barbed wire. one was forced to
work in the prison, the prison served as a punishment
center instead of a correctional center.
Manuel Noriega was also held in federal correction
camp with charges of exploitation of humanity
through dictatorship and the incarceration made
Manuel to spend 20 years in prison since 1980s. Apart
from murder, Manuel was charged with imprisonment
for corruption. All the criminals were charged with
corruption and murder charges in the federal
correctional centers. some were charged at minimum
security courts for bribery while others such as
Timothy were charged with terrorism at super max
prison.
Terry Nichols was also a bomber who was accused of
various cases of terrorism. Terry was charged in the
federal correctional center together with his
counterpart Timothy McVeigh. These two were
associated with terrorist attacks in the soil of the
United States of America. He was held at the
supermax prison and were subjected to punitive and
ruthless punishment during their sentences
Ivan Boesky was charged with crimes related to stock
trading where he got into the insider scandal in 1980s.
At federal prison, Ivan was fined $100 million and
also imprisoned for 3 and half years. The prison
security standards were low as in Martha Stewart case.
The jail was more of punishment and did not serve the
rehabilitation purpose efficiently.
Timothy McVeigh on the other hand spent 23 days,
one month and six years in jail. Timothy was charged
