Question one: What contributes to the complexity of a cloud strategy?
Cloud complexity is the primary reason why businesses encounter failures with the cloud.
The first factor contributing to cloud strategy complexity is that IT does not do away with the
endpoints as it transfers the workload to the cloud. Some of the endpoints include servers and
databases (Zhang et al., 2021). The associated servers and databases in the technology platform
will continue to exist even after moving to the cloud. All these platforms lead to the complexity
of the cloud strategy.
The second factor is heterogeneity and less common services. According to Zhang et al.
(2021), most enterprise architects would look for systems that did not comply with the
development standards in the past. Following this, it was easy to follow some common patterns
while dealing with Information Technology. Most of the governance and monitoring layers were
common; hence it was easy to use standard security. Currently, the cloud has made it easy for
experts to choose the type of brand and function they want to use. The developmental teamwork
with what they feel is the best can also work from different centralized IT compliance (Zhang et
al., (2021). As a result, cloud architects use whatever technology they think is the best to use.
Following this, it becomes hard to avoid the complexity of the cloud strategy since everyone is
using what they believe is the best and not a centralized idea.
Question two: How does tactical adoption of cloud services differ from a coordinated cloud
strategy?
The strategy many business enterprises use is tactical adoption of cloud services to
improve scalability if the databases are found on the internet. Tactical adoption deploys cloud
services additively, thus ending up in services and apps patched together to create lengthy

business processes. Currently, most people use the internet to do most of their things. Following
this, different enterprises must improve scalability to enhance efficiency (Ali et al., 2020). Once
the scalability has improved, it becomes easy to reduce costs and risks. This is done through
