Literature Review Find 14 article You topic is: how accepting technological features are in the industry You need to have 5 Sub-Theme at least, you can do each 3 articles in one sub-theme (Check information below) Each article 200~250 words will be good! Your literature review is critical in establishing a sound research approach. This literature review is a first-step in identifying issues that are relevant and worthwhile for a research study proposal. Using resources from journal articles, text and other secondary sources, you must define a research problem and/or a need for additional information on a particular issue. • • • • • Your literature review must do the following: Be organized around and related to the research questions you are developing Synthesize results into a summary of what is known and what is not known Summary/grouping of others’ views/approaches (not fact reporting) – i.e., how have others dealt with the problem? Identify areas of controversy in the literature Formulate questions that need further research (if not will get 0!!!) Remember to include an introduction to the literature review. • • • Additional Details Clarity, spelling, grammar, organisation Properly referenced (APA) Proper in-text citation The literature review section summarizes earlier work that is related to your topic. Remember, you will not find twenty articles that on your exact topic. Rather, you should look at various themes within your research. As an example: Title: Relationship between Wine Involvement and Wine Related Travel Sub-Theme 1: Involvement and leisure travel Sub-Theme 2: Involvement with wine Sub-Theme 3: Wine consumption and wine tourism Notes regarding originality of research and literature review focus: Though original research pursuits are encouraged, you may wish to ‘revise’ an existing study for your research proposal. For example, a study of foreign student perceptions of Australia might be modified to develop a study of foreign student perceptions of Toronto. This practice is acceptable however; if going this route, you must identify new resources for your literature review. Final Notes: A literature review is not a list describing or summarizing one piece of literature after another. It is usually a bad sign to see every paragraph beginning with the name of a researcher. Instead, organize the literature review into sections that present themes or identify trends, including relevant theory. You are not trying to list all the material published, but to synthesize and evaluate it according to the guiding concept of your thesis or research question (http://www.writing.utoronto.ca/advice/specific-types-ofwriting/literature-review). Every academic journal article has a literature review. Take a look at these when you are collecting your articles for your literature review. Take the time to read the literature reviews and understand why they are written the way they are. You will see that there are numerous ways to structure a literature review. Choose the one that you are most comfortable with or that that makes the most sense for your particular project.

created for disabled customers so that they can be supplied with the products. Leung also has
discussed how the hospitality industry such as hotels has developed expertise of internal in-house
information technology resources to improve the communication between IT technicians and the
hospitality managers. The managerial practitioners have been informing the technical experts on
their missions and goals to incorporate it their system. In return, the department of information
and electronic data processing systems role has been changed from provision of technical
support to advisory role to the managerial practitioners on how to use technological features in
an appropriate way to meet the goals of the industry. Ha and Love ( 2005) suggested that
