Because Best Buy has stores all around the world, it is simple for them to combine and acquire
businesses in the United States, which helps them increase their total revenues and profits.
Threat
Heavy competition- the company surrounding them with same product are too competing to be
better that the Best buy.
Government policies since operating in different countries-Operating in of a company in
different countries is very challenging since countries operate with different government policies
and some country doesn’t favor foreign industries i.e. they implement hard policies making it
hard for a company like Best Buy to run.
Changing in consumer behavior- Consumer behavior is strongly affected by culture and social
standards; the most desirable thing for humans is to fit in, which may damage the company's
