Fundamental of ethical dilemmas faced by Volkswagen.
Ethical dilemmas are the shortcomings that arise to an organization after coming up with policies
that are against the law and harmful to the surroundings environment in favor of enhancing the
company or organization benefits ,but now this challenges comes back to haunt the organization
or companies in a sense that once known of once the effects are loud it brings in a complicated
scenario since the company cannot bear action taken against it violations with the un ethical
acts ,thus once the law takes charge it becomes tough to the company and has to bear the
consequences.
Volkswagens unethical acts were as follows:
1. Offering clients poor product for their owns benefit -this is seen on a scenario where they
come up with car models that emits more nitrogen oxide on the air but now hide the
detection part making them in detective during driving mode, when on real sense they
pollute much to the air.
2. Low level in the decision making-Volkswagen could not come up with clear decisions on
how to be unique with their project and they just decided to use shortcuts on how to face
