I agree that there are various characteristics such as good communication skills,
experience and the ability to listen to others which makes one a good leader. However, effective
leaders also have other qualities like being self-aware, prioritizing individual growth,
concentrating on developing other people, encouraging innovation, strategic thinking, and being
