Everyone has things that they have to have to survive they are essential to life. Water, air, food, etc. These are innate needs.
Acquired needs are things that over time we feel as a population or society it is necessary that we have for survival and are based on your personal experiences and preference. Such as clothing, cars, etc.
You can also find out more information on the Acquired Needs Theory by looking into David McClelland's work on the theory. He is the one who proposed it.
Something that would fulfill both needs is say, chocolate candy. It is food and we need to eat, even need to eat, but it isn't necessary to sustain life that we eat that type of food to live. Chocolate alone isn't going to keep us alive but we will certainly enjoy it and most people will acquire the need to have it every so often. Or it will certainly feel like they need it it to survive.
I hope this helps.
