Abstract
Product development plays a crucial role in the development of high-tech companies. Increase
speed of new product initiatives demands the company of reliable technical communications.
Efficient communication is the critical issues in the New Product Development (NPD). Upon
completion of module one, module two presents a training plan for management team in
BOLDFlash Mobile Division. The report discusses the communication strategies for all areas of
concern, internal business processes, product documentation and technical services
communication. It also discusses the collaboration strategies and mentions the stakeholders
involved and training methods to be used. The training plan finalizes with essential guidelines for
effective communication and the training approach for the management team.

Introduction
Product development plays a crucial role in the development of high-tech companies.
Increase speed of new product initiatives demands the company of reliable technical
communications. Efficient communication is the critical issues in the New Product Development
(NPD). BOLDFlash Corporation is operating in a highly competitive marketplace. The company
lacks sound internal business process in various departments within the mobile division.
Manufacturing, product development, marketing, and sales are experiencing difficulties in
communication thus gradually impacting the quality, delivery timeliness, efficiency, costs and
customer satisfaction (Blythe, 2014). This report entails a training plan for the Mobile Division
management team. The program will include communication strategies, collaboration strategies,
training methods to be used and specific guidelines for creating a successful exchange in the
product documentation.
Jack Thompson, the manager of Technical Support Team, in a memo to the head of sales
expresses his concerns about the effectiveness, quality, and impact of documentation from
Research and Development (R&D). According to Thompson, the product documentation is having
trouble assisting customers with the problems they encounter due to insufficient information. The
R&D provides the product documentation information only, which can hardly accommodate
customer’s expectations.
Training Plan
The mobile division management team is entirely engaged in the project development
processes and are an influence to the development team. Training of the management is a necessity
to ensure that effective communication and guidelines are passed to the employees. It improves
