MKT 435 UP Impact of a Brand on Consumer Decision Making Process Discussion
Part 1.Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words: Consumer behavior has a major part in the development of a marketing strategy. What are some of the elements of the consumer behavior decision-making process? Why is it important to understand these elements? How would you apply them to a marketing strategy? Part 2. Respond to these next posts in a couple sentences.1. The website business two community states that the five steps of consumer behavior decision making process consist of problem recognition, search process, evaluating alternatives, selection stage, and evaluation of decision. Problem recognition is when the consumer develops a need or a want so they are satisfied. They feel like something is missing and it needs to be addressed. The next step is search process, this is when the consumer researches the product or service that can satisfy their need or want. The third step is evaluating alternatives this is when the consumer will determine what will satisfy their want or need and they will look for the best deal. This is typically based on price, quality, or other factors that they think are important. The fourth stage is the selection stage. After the consumer does the first three steps they now will decide on what they will purchase and where. The last step is the evaluation of decision, does this product satisfy their need or want? Is it above or below their expectations? It is important for companies to understand these elements so they can sale their product to consumers. Having great knowledge of the actual process each consumer goes through when they are purchasing a product can help the company make a sale and keep consumers coming back and buying their product. Applying marketing strategy is vital in getting consumers. Companies must have a great understanding of who they are selling to and companies must optimize the buying decision from top to bottom to catch customers at every stage of their journey states the website alexa blog.Works Cited:-Flekel, A. (2013). Business 2 Community. Retrieved from https://www.business2community.com/marketing/5-ste...-Yesbeck, J. (n.d.). Alexa Blog. Retrieved from https://blog.alexa.com/market-each-stage-buying-decision-process/2. Speaking as a consumer, one of the elements that impact my decision-making when buying a product is need. Do I need the product, or do I want the product? Second element is the price. Third element I consider quality. Four element I consider is other consumer’s reviews. I, personally, don’t just look for the cheapest product. When I am searching for product, I try to look for high quality product for a decent price. Decent price depends on the product and other products on the market and the quality and the lifetime of product. Consumer reviews helps me decide because it helps me understand the product without having in procession. Another element that might choose one company over another is shipping. Cost and how quickly will I receive the item will make me choose one competitor against another one. Also, if it’s a trusted brand, I would choose a product over one that may not be so popular. It’s important to known how consumer shop, it determines whether or not your product will sell and whether or not your company will have a loyal consumer that will return back for more.

Ohio University Management Diabetes Clinic Case Study
You are the director of a diabetes clinic that has recently completed a pilot for a new disease management program intended to reduce blood glucose levels in the participants. In developing the pilot study, you set out to demonstrate that the program will be effective in reducing average blood glucose levels for the program’s participants. You hope to demonstrate the value of the program to your CEO by presenting the findings from a hypothesis test based on the results from the pilot study. After extensive preparation, including a comprehensive review of the literature and discussions with subject matter experts, the specifics of the disease management program were devised. The program consisted of individual counseling and education regarding lifestyle changes and healthy eating choices. The program recruited 50 patients who were seen twice a month, at which time they received individual counseling, along with having their blood sugars checked and tracked. The pilot lasted six months and required a fairly large resource commitment on the part of the clinic. Prior to beginning the program, participants had their blood glucose level drawn. The expectation was that the average blood glucose level of the group at the end of the pilot period would be lower than the average blood glucose level at the beginning of the pilot.Over the course of the six-month pilot period, the program went well. The participants were engaged and seemed motivated, with very few missed appointments and no dropouts along the way. While the program ran smoothly the cost of the program compared to its value would continue to be a factor in whether the program would be renewed. The clinic expressed its commitment to continue the program if the program was found to be successful in reducing participants’ blood glucose levels. You are asked to prepare a report to the clinic’s CEO detailing the value of the disease management intervention. In collecting your data, you found that at the beginning of the pilot the group’s average blood glucose level was 257.5 milligrams per deciliter. At the end of the pilot period, the average blood glucose level for the group was 240 milligrams per deciliter. You have some knowledge of statistics and want to be pretty conservative in your analysis, so you set your desired alpha level at 0.01. You asked a statistician friend to run the numbers and she reported back with the following statistics:t-test value: -3.68p-value: <0.01Prepare a brief report to Dr. Wilhelmina Smith, CEO of the diabetes clinic, detailing your findings and your recommendation regarding whether the disease management program should be continued. In other words, you need to answer the question: Did the disease management program work? Your brief should, at a minimum, include the following details:Follow the instructions and examples for hypothesis testing described in the NEDARC resource Hypothesis Testing and complete the following: State the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and null hypothesis (Ho) for your analysis. You will need to construct these for your report based on the scenario described above.Set the alpha level and explain its significance.Interpret the probability of Ho being true using the statistical results above.Explain whether the data supports accepting or rejecting the Ho.Discuss the potential sources of errors (Type I and Type II) possible in all hypothesis testing exercises and provide an explanation of the practical ramifications to your decision of making an error of each type.Provide your recommendation about whether to continue the program and a justification for your decision based on the results.

Complete Nursing Discission MASTERS LEVEL 2
Discussion: Patient Safety and Quality Improvement EvaluationA health care organization may have highly qualified doctors and nurses who meet quality indicators for technical quality; however, due to a lack of communication, empathy, and scheduled office hours, patient satisfaction is low. In the corporate world, the phrase "the customer is always right" is frequently used to emphasize the importance of meeting the needs and expectations of the consumer. How does this approach apply to health care?Health care industries are now using quality improvement models that are very business-centric to improve the quality of care delivery, patient satisfaction, and safety. In this Discussion, you evaluate various quality improvement models and determine which model would best be applied in your practice setting to address a specific need. You also develop a mission statement for addressing the practice problem. To prepare:Reflect on the various quality improvement models and their application in health care presented in the Learning Resources.Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each model.Consider how these metrics facilitate change and improve the management of chronic disease.Consider how these models have been, or could be, applied in your practice setting.Based on your selected area of need, define a practice problem and create a corresponding mission statement.Investigate baseline data, and evaluate why this practice problem is a priority for improvement. Ask yourself: How does this practice problem in my organization compare to other organizations?By Day 3Post a cohesive response that addresses the following:Summarize any practice problem relevant to your setting of interest and share a potential measurable goal for a QI team. Be sure to include the data that justifies why you feel a change is needed in this specific area.Explain how the PDSA model might be applied , giving specific reasoning as to why this model best fits the needs of your practice problem. Describe how the practice problem you describe might be of interest to any accreditation initiative.
