Islamic Criminal Justice System
Introduction

There are numerous Islamic states, especially in Asia. What makes a state Islamic is its
government structure and primary religious and cultural practices. A country is Islamic if its
government relates with the Islamic law, formed from Islamic holy books such as Quran, Hadith,
and Ijam. There are many things Muslims consider illegal/ haram, and in most cases, their
criminal justice system does not show any pity for such mistakes. The states have one of the
toughest criminal justice systems worldwide. Islamic State believes that when a person commits
a crime, they must face the law and receive punishment, but they will also face judgment on
judgment day. Therefore, this report will investigate Islamic states' criminal justice system and
how it applies to rule cases. The research paper will explore whether the criminal justice system
in Islamic states is reliable when judging both citizens and immigrants of the country. It is
important to note that Islamic states make their laws according to their holy books; therefore, all
their rules apply to their religious practices, which everybody must follow.
