At Torrance Memorial, the main aim is to ensure that all patients who seek medical services have an opportunity of getting quality thus enabling them to recover easily and quickly. The management of the organization will implement the single use plans when making decisions on how the facility should operate. Where changes are necessary, it will be easy to make the adjustments to fit the organizational goals (Hill, & Jones, 2013). On the other hand, management by objectives would be the best strategy that would apply in ensuring that every employee has an understanding of the set goals and objectives that the organization should meet in the course of its business activities. However, the healthcare facility must engage the employees as well as the management in formulating the business objectives. Also, the facility will have a contingency plan that will ensure that its operations follow the right path and are in line with the business objectives. Through the organizational management, it will also become possible for the organization to manage crisis through appreciating the creativity of employees thus facilitating innovations (Lussier, 2008). As a result, the healthcare facility will provide quality services and make the patients feel better long once they seek medical services in the hospital. The participation of the employees and the management will remain a vital activity and the plan will become successful through its implementation in the healthcare facility. In preparing the action plan, the application of the managerial decision-making methods will become applicable since the manager will have to make the best choices and decisions about ACTION PLAN 3 the best way to carry out business operations. The role of the healthcare manager is to make decisions that are vital in delivering healthcare services to patients. In this case, the management will have to engage in a decision-making process that will design the best way of making strategies and policies for the plan (Hill, & Jones, 2013).
