A crime is an act committed by an individual against the law that results in a penalty
imposed by the law. Additionally, a crime must be an act and an omission of what the law
requires of an individual. Members of society are expected to behave or act in a certain way to
foster an environment that is beneficial to all and free of conflict. Interaction between
community members is necessary; thus, everyone should make others comfortable. Primarily,
interactions between individuals with divergent perspectives result in battle due to their inability
to reach a consensus (Kennedy, 2018). Individuals may then commit a crime such as murder due
to their actions.
Today's society witnesses a variety of crimes daily. Robbery, kidnapping, forcible rape,
murder, and aggravated assault are among these crimes. The report's primary concern is murder,
an accepted part of society. The same analysis is critical, as the government places a high
premium on each personnel's life. Numerous investigations have classified murder into three
categories based on the motive for the act.
To begin, first-degree murder is charged. The type entails an individual's direct action
against a colleague to cause harm or death. Many of the cases in today's society have occurred
due to interpersonal conflict. For instance, two brothers may begin contradicting one another or
fighting for control of a business, and as a result, one of their schemes succeeds in poisoning the
