i work in a non-governmental institution. One of the toughest rules in working overtime to increase client trust and dependency.
Since our organization head staff have realized that this rule requires a little motivation to bear fruit, the company has made it easy for people to stay working for long hours, by attaining Bonuses, salary increments and shopping vouchers to any staff who stays to work for several extra hours.
