America. These are individuals in the American history that have a substantial significance to
lives of Americans today; they introduced baseball that some American demand on as a career to
earn money to cater for their daily necessities (Panacy, 2017). Development of baseball by G.
Wright, Alison, C, Leonard L.F, among others promoted entertainment in every part of the
continent. Baseball development identified America has a continent with innovative change
through various aspects of social life such as entertainment. In this manner, America in thus,
advanced in some areas of life than other countries. America is also identified by its nurturing
value represented by the invention of the baseball, which has gone through stages that classify
baseball as one among the traditional sports in the whole globe (Craig, 1996).

brought significant impact to Brooklyn Dodgers, one among early baseball teams in America in
1947 (Society for American Baseball Research, 2016). Jackie, among other players, made a
significant impact on the team that modified baseball in America. He was the first African
American after to play in major baseball leagues in U.S. through baseball, America is valued as a
continent that embraces fairness among people of different origin, color, and ethnicity.
Additionally, baseball players are among the people who earn highly from this particular sport. It
is said that baseball players make more money than even teachers in America since baseball
Americans value baseball more like any other game (Society of American Baseball Research,
2016). In fact, baseball is considered as a religion for some people, and culture of other
Americans, which makes it more valued.

The picture above shows the current squad of USA baseball players. They are celebrating
their success over their challengers, Puerto Rico whom they defeated 8-0 in the World Baseball
Classic Finals held at Dodger Arena in 2017 (Shaikin, 2017). The match followed when they
managed to beat Japan 2-1 in the semifinals; however, the Japan team had posed a great
challenge t the team USA. Other than the 2017 win, U.S. baseball team has had several successes
over the past years. As pioneers of baseball, America is identified as champions in baseball, and
are determined by all means to secure and keep the level. The winnings the American baseball
squad has had in the past years, identifies America as the home of baseball. In fact, baseball in
America is like a culture while to some; it is a religion.
