The denominators are 4x^3 and 2x. What do I multiply 2x with to get 4x^3?

Feb 24th, 2015

That would be 2x^2

When you multiply "x" terms like that, the "squared" or "cubed" part adds together

So 2x * 2x^2 = 4x^3
