The parable of the sower in the bible means:

1.The seeds that fell in fertile soiland germinated well ---This is the worl of God that was received by a faithful follower who does as per the commandments.

2.The seeds that fell on the rock--and could not germinate---This is the word of God delivered to people who do not believe in God thus not following the commandment, the unbelievers.

3.The seeds that fell in thorns---and could not grow properly---This is the world of God that is delivered to people who are not fully believers, at times they follow the teaching and other times they do not
