In essence, researchers make use of varying research methodology to collect evidence
that is used in making inferences from the study findings. The major research methods applied in
most studies are qualitative and quantitative research techniques. These methods involve data
collection, analysis, and interpretation of findings. Each method is applied in research for a
distinct reason. For instance, the qualitative method is centered on analysis and drawing
inferences from data in a detailed approach such as defining characteristics, values, and
attributes. On the other hand, quantitative method is centered on numeric data and seeks to
measure quantities. Therefore, each research method is chosen for a valid reason. This paper
