The corporate culture of this organization is without a doubt a defective culture. This is
because of the members of this organization, as well as the executive officers, took too long to
consider developing an Enterprise Project Management. Having being told about the importance
of having an EPM and the competitive advantage that they could have over their competitors by
having an EPM, there is some level of laxity in this organization. This is the kind of corporate
culture where the members are afraid to take risks and have to wait for the management of the
organization to push them to the wall. This kind of corporate culture is likely to be unproductive
and uncompetitive (Heerkens, 2015).
