the law enforcement agency has regarding the plans to facilitate homeland security. They
comprise of intelligence, comprehending terrorism, community policing, as well as planning and
readiness.
The Law Enforcement Intelligence
There is a requirement by the National Criminal Intelligence Sharing Plan which asserts
that the police is supposed to have the capability to undertake intelligence activity (Swanson,
Territo, and Taylor, 2016). Therefore, the police should have an experienced individual with the
ability to comprehend the strategies for gathering unprocessed information in order to facilitate
the intelligence procedure. The individual is also supposed to have the ability to store and
evaluate the data found in the intelligence records structures and capacity of comprehending the
policies for broadcasting intelligence and classified information. The person should be provided
with access to serious information like the Law Enforcement Online of the FBI.
In the situation of investigating the bombing of the Boston marathon, the police
collaborated suitably with the FBI. These individuals provided the bureau with serious
