What is the overall relationship between ethics and law? In regard to HR dept, are there times that ethics and law conflict? If so, how and when? Provide an example for each
Laws are based on ethical theories - laws are specific and ethics are frameworks.
In terms of HR, ethics and law can conflict if for example the law is does not fit within a specific ethical framework.
