Leadership is an aspect that many individuals in the world desire with much gusto.
However, such has led to an unending discussion as to whether a leader is born or made. In the
current society, the discussion has taken a new turn with many proponents asserting that a leader
is made. Their augments are centered on the fact that one is born with innate traits, but these
qualities must be enhanced through training to be polished so that one can become a good leader.
On the other hand, the opponents argue that a leader is born with the knowledge and skills and as
such, they only grow to become outstanding leaders and the need for polishing their traits is not
required. The leadership style differs significantly from one individual to another. Such happens
because people are different and more so, their upbringing is different. This paper, therefore,
seeks to explore personal leadership style which is team leadership and what it entails from a
varying perspective as well as capturing the areas of strengths and development opportunities.
As leadership styles differ, there are those leaders whose work remain unquestionable
simply because of the traits and behaviors one is blessed with. For instance, an individual who
uses a team leadership style is termed as a good leader; with the most desired qualities and the
best traits. The traits and behaviors of a leader are what determines their leadership style to a
