I wonder if you might give a little more context in your questions? For example the course or subject area it relates to? I think then you may get more accurate and helpful answers from tutors (quite often terms can mean different things in different contexts). Otherwise I think some tutors might take a guess in the hope of getting a "best answer", without really being certain that they're giving you a useful/relevant answer.
Sounds to me like it may be too specific, i.e. the answers may depend on what terms the book uses and how it defines them. For example, in this question "eventcast" sounds sort of plausible if I was taking a guess, but a quick google search or check on wikipedia doesn't turn up a definition (as I'm sure you've already discovered!). Which suggests to me that the author may have defined that term for themselves in the book, so we random tutors would be unlikely to help a great deal unless we'd also read it :-)
