Mrs. Potts explains his pattern of drinking Monday through Friday with his partners as stated in the scenario, but he does not drink at home on those days. She also informs you that he does drink on Saturdays at home, often starting in the afternoon and passing out by dinnertime. Re: Mr. Potts, Docket # 55555, Probation # 11111-A
This memo aims to recognize the issues encompassing Mr. Potts' alcohol addiction and
alcoholism. Mr. Potts is dependent on liquor to the degree that he is regularly involved in
pointless fights. In much connection to his drinking history, his dad was a wine producer, a
component that may have triggered him to take part in alcohol addiction.

from the meeting:
1. Mr. Potts goes out drinking at the pubs each day after work, except for Saturdays. This
day is the only day he drinks at home to the point where he blacks out but not before he

2. As specified before, Mr. Potts has been convicted of liquor related occurrences and is
serving three years of probation.
3. There have been a few occurrences that have prompted police involvement because of
Mr. Potts' drinking and hostile conduct at home.
