They permit quick decisions in the business set up. There is also quick implementation of plans which is core to the satisfaction of leaders.
Transformational leadership was also utilized by the Apple Company. It is where the leader motivates individuals towards the achievement of the goals and objectives of the organization in line with the mission and vision. In line with transformational leadership, it results charismatic leaders. An example was Steve Jobs who possesses a brawny enthusiasm for creativity and inspiration. He was able to motivate the involved stakeholders in the attainment of efficiency and effectiveness in the organization. The success of Apple Company was aided by the persuasiveness of the charismatic leader. Thought leaders are also present in Apple Company.
