Human resource management is an important activity that every organization should
undertake to ensure that the right skills are applied in different duties. The human resource
department plays a vital role in ensuring that all the employees have the right skills that will help
the organization in achieving its long term goals. On the other hand, the HR function forms a
vital part of the organizational activities which include creating an environment that will
