- Compare the difference between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Determine which is more strongly related to performance for your selected company.
- Apply motivational theory and performance management principles to evaluate the company as a potential employer.

Introduction
In order for a company to perform well and be able to achieve the goals set, it is essential
for the company to motivate its employees. This is the key factor to help the organization to
produce more and also to ensure that services that are provided are of quality. Lack of motivated
workforce in the organization can lead to the low performance of the company. Performance
management is responsible to analyses the performance of the employees to the goals set for the
organization. Also it also identifies the training needed to enhance the overall organization
performance. This helps to come up with effective strategies which can be implemented to
