I simply wanted to assure you and I've always been supportive of our programs past and present and wanted to tell you the circumstnances which took place on this issue rather than having you think that I simply didn't do my job. I pride myself on my attention to detail. In closing I would like to say welcome as our new manager and wjish you a smoth transition and good luck with your newly acquired responsibilities. I feel your newly added team is the best there is to offer and I'm sure we'll prove it to you in 20 and beyound.
