Introduction
Innovation is one of the methods proven to bring positive outcomes especially in the
global business where competition is stiff as many multinational companies struggle to stay
afloat. If an organization presents to the world a product or service that can improve their
livelihoods, then it is considered important due to the change. While some businesses bring a
substitute product that is affordable and able to meet the daily needs of individuals, others bring
invention that changes the face of the world through solving real life problems. Therefore, for a
company to be able to stand out, it has to bring a unique product to the world, such that people
are not able to do without it, due to high dependency.
Imitation is something common in the blue Ocean strategy that results in unhealthy
competition, if a product or service is unique, then it can survive imitation and therefore
