Since the Fed started Quantative Easing (QE), what is the biggest risk to the economy?  Why are we still not really going anywhere?

Oct 21st, 2017

since the initialization of QE by the Fed, the money supply has increased substantially and increase in money supply has lowered the interest rates. the investments have increased but the inflation is growing rapidly. the reason is that the number of goods available for selling are purchasing are still same but the amount of circulating money has increased.
