Change is critical in this case since the organization is struggling and thus the only way
that they can be able to turn around the organization performance is to consider implementing new
changes within the organizational operations. Change within an organizational environment is
always an important thing to consider, however, planning and implementing the desired change
are two different things, which require significant focus by the organization to ensure that they are
effective. Implementation of change plan is a more complex aspect since it involves some key
steps and thus there are challenges. However, there is the need for the organization to develop
better strategies, which will be able to counter these challenges. Sea Treasures organization has
already focused on key changes that it hopes to incorporate into organizational operations, which
include both short term and long-term strategies. Therefore, each of the innovative changes will
be implemented differently thus short term and long-term, which will incorporate different change
models.
Guiding change or transition is one of the biggest challenges a manager can have. A
successful change process, therefore, is not a one-step activity but requires a series of the
organizational phase where there is a valid and proper interaction between correct tools and
