Everyone is different; thus, each leader’s way of managing a group is also different.
Their persona typically influences how an individual handles leadership. Some are tough,
while others are sympathetic, and some are easy-going while others are anxious. Business
leadership styles may be divided into five categories based on the personality attributes of the
leaders. All of them contain pros and cons, and others are more efficient in particular kinds of
organizations than others. This paper will discuss the five leadership styles and how a leader
chooses which one to employ.


How does a leader decide which of the five decision styles to use?
The ideal leadership style is influenced by a range of aspects, comprising anything

from the leader’s ambitions to the firm’s mission and aspirations. The first thing leaders
should think about while making a decision is their inherent leadership style. To determine
which style they are most linked with, the leader should interact with individuals they have
