In an organization, it is very important to have a solid and strong team work or work unit and
will have to achieve its goals, through the application of good intra-personal characteristics by
everyone. For me, being or having a self-confidence and positive attitude and time management
are the intra personal skills that are needed in order to have an effective work unit and also to
achieve the goals of an organization smoothly. Workers with self-confidence and have a positive
attitude know how to deal with people. they handle problems and situations in an honest and in a

moral way. They like to share their ideas with colleagues to receive feedback, and they do not
believe that the criticism of the project they for are personal attacks. They appreciate more and
more about the quality of their work and their leanings, as well as the effort of others. They are
also a good team player, on which they could even manage their team in an effective way and of
communication. The development of this capacity to self-assess help them to measure the
progress made and the improvement still desirable. Also, the ability to manage time well is a
skill that companies value more and more in their workers as this factor improves the
