FISCAL STIMULUS
Fiscal Stimulus can be described as the attempts by the government or its agencies to financially
stimulate a country's economy. This is usually achieved by reducing taxes and increasing the
spending of the government. The reduction of taxes increases people's incomes which in turn
makes them spend more money. While the private sectors hold back in spending money the
government inputs money into the economy which in turn helps to boost the GDP of a country.
