Discuss whether there were any terms or issues you found confusing on the website. Now consider the point of view of a potential insured, who is not likely to work in the healthcare industry or have knowledge of health insurance.  What terms might someone who is not in the healthcare industry find confusing? Recommend solutions to provide a greater understanding of health insurance terms for potential insureds.
