Equate both the values of Y

6x + 7 = 13 - 8x

14x = 6

x = 6/14

= 2/7

Put this value in any of the equation

Y = 6x+7

= 6*2/7 + 7

= 12/7 + 7

= 49+12/7

= 61/7
