Apple Inc. is now a giant technology company. The company has won a large portion of
IT market by producing sophisticated computer and other information technology products.
Among the products that the company has produced are Mac, iPod, IPad, iPhone, software,
electrical vehicles, and Apple watch, among others. The company has embraced innovation and
technology in producing products and services to the rising demand for technology. The
company has been producing both hardware and software products. The large mass production of
products has made the company employ a large number of employees. The company, being the
most profitable technology company remains to be the icon of technology (Duhigg &
Kocieniewski, 2012). As such, the social world expects the company to act ethically in their
production, selling, and advertising their products. The company has been producing the most
reliable software and computer-related devices. Such is evident from the large sales made by the
company.
It is estimated that over one billion products of Apple are used worldwide. Such is
evidence that the company is producing high-quality products and services. Also, it can be
deduced that the customers believe the company is producing reliable products. In the world of
technology, only the company that produces safe, reliable, and sophisticated products may
withstand the stiff competition. In fact, the company has been enjoying brand loyalty. The
existence of brand loyalty means that the company has been satisfying the demand of its
customers.
Comparing with its competitors like Microsoft and IBM, it is true to say that Apple has
