feedback concerning their job performance. The new system resolved the excessive time that

considering it factors use of mobile phones by installing the application for use. The new
system equally has a bonus in providing the employees with the platform to make immediate
adjustments by receiving any feedback.
The major weaknesses of Accenture's new system of providing employees feedback
concerning their job performance include no explicit guarantee of improving individual
