The best entertainment company: The Passy Foundation
Company Description
This is an entertainment company that I built to offer entertainment to our students. I am
currently a student and as we all know with age comes great anxiety and the urge to have fun. I,
therefore, sat down and realized that we are students are being exploited by this big company
which takes advantage of our innocence. That made me comes up with my own entertainment
company which will offer the same services as the big companies but at a cheap and affordable
price to the students. Since my market was ready, this business was going to be a success.
Core Products
So what exactly is the essence of an entertainment? Well, I ran my research and
realized that I had to provide several services to my clients. This included;
A deejay that would be responsible for making sure my clients got back to back hit songs
for their entertainment.
I also had to look really impressive sound systems that would ensure my clients have
blown off their minds.
In rare cases, I would also provide a Master of Ceremony (or in simpler words an MC)
who would ensure that the mood of the audience was always on high and that the entertainment
never stopped.
Key Current Competitors
In business, it is advisable that you always know your competitors. I was not left behind.
I researched on who may run me out of business and came up with the success companies and
groups such as May Bach Music, YMCMB and the rest who are well established in the market
The Passy Foundation
and so I had to make sure I gathered all the relevant resources to start and manage the business
effectively.
SWOT Analysis
This is an analysis where one looks at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and the
threats to a business. These are factors which are responsible for analyzing and interpreting the
ways the business is going and the possibilities of the business surviving in the society that they
are in. This analysis is very important as they help a business realize where it is going wrong and
what it is supposed to be for it to ensure it remains competitive in the market.
